Fungus genuses that have once been analyzed by previous researcher for example Fusarium Spp., Acremonium spp., Pythium sp., Trichoderma sp., Libertella sp., Lasiodiplodia sp., Scytalidium sp., Popularia sp., Rhizoctonia sp., Rhinocladiela sp., Thielaviopsis sp., Phomopsis sp., Aspergillus sp.,and Cytosphaeria Sp. At India finds other type which is Penicillium Sp., Torula cylindrocephalum, Genoderma lucidium, and Epicoccum Granulosum.
